netcdf-4 alpha 14 and hdf5 1.8.0 alpha3

Hi,
I have restored a copy of v1.7.52 from the archive to the
HDF FTP site.  You can retrieve it from
     ftp://hdf.ncsa.uiuc.edu/pub/outgoing/hdf5/snapshots/hdf5-1.7.52.tar.gz
