NetCDF <-> CDF converter ?

G'Day

  Anyone know of a netCDF <-> CDF converter ? Unfortunately we in
  the space physics community have been to all intents and purposes
  forced into using CDF by the International Solar Terrestrial Physics
  (ISTP) committee without consultation. However since its only supposed 
  to be the standard for data exchange I still mean to use netCDF and 
  convert it before shipping. Any help will therefore be much appreciated.
