[netcdf-java] looking for BUFR file examples for reading by Common Data Model

We are looking for examples of BUFR data for surface obs, profiles, trajectories, etc (not radar or 
gridded data), in order to test and improve our handling of BUFR data in the Common Data Model. If 
you have samples of real data you would like to be read by the CDM (and eventually the IDV), please 
send them along.
