[netcdf-java] Early access to NetCDF-Java library to test HDF4/HDF5/HDF-EOS reading

Release (4.0.10) of NetCDF-Java fixes some bugs in HDF4/HDF5 reading, and is now compiled with
jdk1.5 instead of 1.6. We still recommend using 1.6 JVM when possible for performance reasons.
