[netcdf-java] Early access to NetCDF-Java library to test HDF4/HDF5/HDF-EOS reading

The current release (4.0.08) of NetCDF-Java has support for reading HDF4/HDF-EOS and HDF5/HDF5-EOS
files. We need beta testers to try this and report any problems and suggestions. Because HDF4 and
HDF5 file formats are complex, we need to test as many different files as possible.

In the simplest case, open HDF4/HDF5/NetCDF4 files with the ToolsUI program:

Comparing results with the existing HDF4/HDF5/NetCDF4 libraries would especially be appreciated.
