[netcdf-java] New HDF5 file for NetCDF 4.0

Hi Jeroen:

This sounds like good news, thanks for testing.

Id like to see a sample file, attachments are ok.

We dont use the colormap in any way, but if the number being read out of it are wrong, id like to fix that.
