Dear Christian,
In our software download page (http://tempo.cptec.inpe.br:8080/publicacoes/)
you will find the project Buoy2Mysql.
This is a modified Unidata's Perl-Netcdf Buoy decoder to ingest the
decoded (ASCII) data in a MySQL database. There are instructions to
connect the perl script with the LDM.
The project LDM_RAW2MYSQL stores the raw messages (WMO Bulletins). We
are tuning it for our operational purposes.
