[ldm-users] decoding GFS thin and GFS ensemble

[neils at ariel.met.tamu.edu]

Our folks have requested GFS model thin .gem files with forcast out to
F240 or greater, and the GFS ensemble .gem files.

What's the pqact to get these and which entries in
~gempak/tables/grid/gribkey.tbl apply?
