[ldm-users] Weather.admin.niu.edu down...and looking for ideas.

The Fedora project specifically recommended NOT simply upgrading from 
FC6 to Fedora 7.  They recommended a wipe and rebuild.

There has been no obvious difference in the several machines I've done 
between graphical and text-based installs.  There's been gotcha's on 
both, however.

I've seen a couple of kernel problems I had to resolve by quick updates. 
  And, while the number of updates is daunting, I used to be able to 
tell the yum update service to do this for me.  Now I've apparently got 
to manually update.  I'm about to cron this up.
