Sorry for the rather convoluted message, I was getting hit with a strong 
thunderstorm, and I was desperately trying to figure out what was 
happening and doing everything I could to get everything back online ASAP.
Upon further inspection, it's not just Level 3 radar data that is 
affected...*everything* is. IDS|DDPLUS|HRS, for starters, are now saving 
files one month ahead as of 18Z today.
