[ldm-users] GOES-12 satellite down; GOES-10 now sending degraded imagery to NOAAport

Just FYI...

GOES-12 had a major anomaly coming out of a maneuver yesterday late 
morning, and has since stopped sending data. Since then, GOES-10 has been 
fired up in it's place, and that data is now being sent over NOAAport.
