Is there an EMWIN feed available?

Better yet, here is the clearing house ftp server definitions from  
NOAA - direct from TG:

http://www.nws.noaa.gov/tg/anonymous.html

Use wget and pqinsert within a script, and you would be in  
business . . . at least locally.
