IDD users of atm.geo.nsf.gov:
atm.geo.nsf.gov returned to service as a top level IDD node at 01:28 Z
on 20040208 after being unavailable for approximately 2 hours and 18
minutes. Sites that failed over to a different IDD feeder can return
to atm whenever it is convenient.
