Lack of AWS data from McMurdo Ground Station on 30 Oct 2002

> From 0 UTC 30 Oct 2002 to 0 UTC 31 Oct 2002, the AMRC Web site and
McIDAS ADDE server will not have any new AWS data from the McMurdo
Ground Station or any NOAA AVHRR HRPT browse data from McMurdo due to
ground station testing at McMurdo.  We will have AWS data from the
Gilmore and Wallops Ground Station during this outage.
