Canadian weather models GEM

Hi,

I'm trying request Canadian weather models (GEM), but i am having trouble 
finding out how to configure ldmd.conf and pqact.conf to be able to request the 
data.  I have tried searching on the unidata site for some examples of what is 
available and how to go about getting the data but was unable to find 
anything.  If anyone has such information or can point me in the direction of 
where to find out how to do this please let me know.
