WMO headers and descriptions

hi,

        im trying to find a list of all the WMO headers and a descrtiption of 
them.  I
had an old printout from 

http://stormy.geology.yale.edu/~gluhosky/Weather/complete-fos.txt

but this site is either down for the moment or is no longer available.  A sample
of what im looking for would be somthing like this:

        ABAK1  PANC  Alaska weather summary
        ABAK32 PANC  State weather roundup for Alaska
        .
        .
        .
        .
        .

if someone knows about a file with that kind of information could you please let
me know.
