I log all the data reception.
The data products between the numbers you mentioned are:

Feb 01 19:04:10 readnoaaport[25511]: text/SXUS70 KWAL 011901 already in queue 
[2718873]
Feb 01 19:04:10 readnoaaport[25511]: text/SXPA50 KWAL 011901 already in queue 
[2718874]

In this case, the products that you don't see in your product queue
were duplicates of previously broadcast messages.
