Hmm..that last e-mail didn't work right.  What I was trying
to say Peter was that I have been happy with NCEP as well,
but they will no longer have NOGAPS available after 31 January, 2002.
At that time they will no longer support the old ftp server
that is hosting it, and they will not host it on the new server.
