Due to a power outage at AMRC/SSEC, the AMRC was unable to collect, build
or serve data from any of its servers starting at 14:25 UTC 28 August 2001.
Workstations were brought back online this morning 29 August 2001.
Antarctic composites, AWS observations, and other Antarctic/Southern
hemisphere data and servers should be back on line at this time.
