[idd-brasil] Surface Station lat/lon correction needed

Hello Steve,

The synop data station 83786 (UBATUBA-SP, BRAZIL) has wrong lat/lon
coordinates  (lat:-2310, lon:-4505 ) on GEMPAK tables ($GEMTBL/stns):

lsfstns.ncep
lsystns.upc
lsfstns.tbl
sfworld.tbl
syworld.tbl

The correct values are:
  lat     lon
 -2345  -4507 


I hope it could be correct in the next release of GEMPAK.
