[gembud] GEMPAK5.11.1 installation

I installed GEMPAK a year and a half ago and the installation was simple. GEMPAK 5.9.3 has served me well, but now I need to upgrade to the latest GEMPAK version. 

I am installing GEMPAK5.11.1 on a linux machine using bash. I thought I followed the instructions, but I must have overlooked something simple since the make all command aborted early. See the attached make.out file. 

It has been a while, and I guess I have forgotten a lot. Thanks.
