[gembud] GEMPAK 64bit PGI compilation or wrf2gem with gfortran

Hello,
I would like to compile wrf2gem on a 64bit redhat box, which requires
compiling with Portland Group.
Does someone have a Makeinc.linux64_pgi for GEMPAK?

Alternatively, does anyone have the compilation options for wrf2gem with
gfortran? (I compiled GEMPAK with g77 and gfortran without any issues).
