[gembud] nex2gini kxky question

Hi..

Is the kxky setting a function of the grdarea and proj settings?  If so -
what is that relationship?  If not, how did we arrive at a setting of "4376
x 3000" for a grdarea setting of 23;120;47.2634;-63.5664 with a proj
lcc/40;-100;40?

I used the help documentation and searched gembud for a similar
question/answer but didn't find it.

Experimentation reveals a tweak of kx will provide a scrambled image - so
it doesn't seem to be an arbitrary setting.
