Invalid mapfile defined in NMAP2

I just got gempak 5.10.1 up and going.  When I load up a spf of anything
(radar, sat, model) in NMAP2, I get the following error.



TIME/DATE [GEMPLT -5] NOMFIL – Invalid mapfile define – default used



My US state boundaries aren’t where they should be.  When viewing IR,
I can
see the coast lines due to temp contrast…but the state boundary
overlays are
skewed to the west.



It also takes longer to load my loops.



Any ideas on what’s causing this?
