[gembud] gdgrib interpolation

Gembuds,

The GDGRIB documentation states that the gempak data is "horizontally 
interpolated" onto the new user-specified grid, where the user can 
specify the projection and horiz grid spacing. Does anyone know how this 
horizontal interpolation is done?
