[galeon] Background for Wednesday Telecon

Hi,

A draft summary of issues and ideas that came up at the Unidata OGC
Interoperability Day in September is available at:

At the moment, this consists mainly of my best recollection of key themes
that came up in the presentations and follow up discussions, but other
participants have been and still are strongly encouraged to contribute to
the summary.

Peter Baumann has indicated that similar issues are being discussed in the
WCS.RWG

where I advocate the section titled "Hierarchy", Arliss does the "Suggested
Document Set", and we are just starting to converge.'

The main thing I'd like to accomplish in the telecon is to determine where
we stand in GALEON and whether we can provide a GALEON update at the
December OGC Technical Committee meeting in Stresa Italy.  If there is to be
such a summary at the TC, we also have to decide who will present it because
I can't be at this particular TC meeting.

I'll have telecon invitations sent out as soon as I get the list updated.
