yea, it's in the -nj22Config  <runTimeConfig> flag. it's in the new
nj22 release. syntax something like:

<table type="GRIB1" filename="/home/rkambic/grib/tables/userlookup.lst"/>

<table type="GRIB2" filename="/home/rkambic/grib/tables/grib2userparameters" />
