 Hi,
I am trying to append some data to a netcdf data. They all have same tabular
structure (same dimensions and variables but diffrent values). I simply want
to combine my data which are created separately.
According to your experiences, could you please advice to me a useful netcdf
data management software for windows or way to solve this problem?

Depending on what kind of appending you want, I don't know if there is 
any tool on Window to create a physical file, but we do have a TDS 
(Thredds data server) which has a aggregation function and can do a 
logical appending. Here is the URL
