Arrive Denver International Airport , Denver
Transportation - Airporter ($14.00 airport to CU; 303 444-0808) located at Baggage area, door 6. The Airporter runs every hour from 8:00 A.M. until 11:00 P.M. Tell driver to take you to the University of Colorado, Boulder, Williams Village.
Reception - Here you will receive your name tags, meal tickets, CU information packets, and forms to sign for travel and/or honoraria.
Buses - Please check the program daily for departure times. Please note: they do leave ON TIME!
Name Tags - To ensure appropriate food charges, please remember to wear your name tag daily. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Wednesday Night Picnic - You will leave NCAR at 4:35 to return to the dorm. At 5:30 you will board the bus for Flagstaff Mountain. NO PRIVATE CARS, please. Remember to wear warm clothing and take along rain gear. The bus will depart from Flagstaff at 7:30 P.M.
