GEMPAK users will find it best to convert the netCDF output to a GRIB file and then utilize the dcgrib2 decoder to translate the output to a ".gem" (for use in GEMPAK) file. To transform the WRF netCDF output file to GRIB utilize the wrf_post.pl script
