No luck connecting to 140.90.101.93 either:

The lack of an OK message followed by a listing of what the upstream is getting
shows that lead.unidata.ucar.edu is unable to connect to the LDM running
on 140.90.101.93, and that, most likely, the problem is a block by a firewall
rule somewhere towards 140.90.101.93.
